Analyst - Human Resources US based $32 per hour!! (Wilmington, DE)

 

Support Global HR Leader in executing various HR projects in support of the upcoming separation and sale of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Help manage Census data for 600-person organization, including keeping track of joiners, leavers, and approved open positions.
  • Draft communications for various employee groups.
  • Manage project to create a Job Description database.
  • Other tasks and projects as assigned.
  • Obtain data or information, or updates from a variety of stakeholders.
  • Create a standard PowerPoint template for Talent Card content (summary of employment history for key talent) and convert the content from a wide variety of template formats into the standard one.
  • Create different summaries of our census data for our GLT.
  • Help manage a project plan and key stakeholders related to some of our separation activities.


Qualifications:

  • HR Experience/background, either educational and/or work experience.
  • Team player.
